BONDERITE® L-AD M 200 (previously known as MOLYDAG 200) is a suspension of fine molybdenum disulfide powder in petroleum oil. BONDERITE® L-AD M 200 additive improves extreme pressure, anti-wear and anti-friction performance during boundary lubrication conditions. With constant use, BONDERITE® L-AD M 200 forms a solid film of MoS2 on mating metal surfaces to temperatures up to 750°F (higher in the absence of air). This solid film allows the oil to spread and renews interrupted films quickly to prevent metal-on-metal contact.
